Pierogi Manicotti

You read that correctly.  The best of Ukrainian and Italian cooking rolled into one carbohydrate packed delicious roll of goodness.






Basically get your pierogi fillings ready, your fried butter and onions topping and your cooked Manicotti all ready to go.




Get your cheddar sour cream mashed potatoes and stuff them into the cooked Manicotti.  Lay them into a baking dish and cover with the fried onions.  Top with some shredded cheddar cheese and throw into the oven at 350ºF for about 20 minutes to heat it and melt the cheese.




Top with some cheddar cheese and into the oven to bake.




Serve with some sour cream and maybe a side and viola’.  Deliciousness.
