Mac ‘N Cheese Stuffed Meatballs wrapped in bacon

I know that sounds like a mouth full and it was, but a mouth full of deliciousness.





Again it involved making a macaroni and cheese loaf to use as the stuffing for the meatballs.  Make macaroni like you normally would.  For me, it’s homemade and not store bought.



Once made up, add a couple eggs to the mix, pop it into a loaf pan and bake for 20 – 30 minutes around 300ºF.  Take out of the oven and let cool.




Once it has cooled completely, you can remove it and cut it into cubes.



Now that the mac n cheese is done, it’s on to making your favorite meatball/meatloaf recipe.





Grab a ball of the meat and flatten out so you can grab a cube of the mac ‘n cheese to stuff into the meat.








Once it has been covered with the meat, get out your bacon and wrap it around and hold in place with toothpicks.




Get it onto the grill to get it cooking.  Don’t want to wait too long before enjoying it.



Mom always said I should eat vegetables, so I might as well get them on the grill as well.
