Pierogy Lasagna

Oh yeah.  Building carbs on top of carbs and sprinkle in some cheese and fried onions in butter!

 

 

 

Make up your mashed potatoes with sour cream, butter, salt and pepper and sharp cheddar cheese.  Make the mashed potatoes a little more on the loose side so that it is easier to spread.  Get your onions frying in butter, your cooked bacon all crumbled and your lasagna noodles boiling and you’re ready to start assembling.

 

 

 

 

Keep layering until you fill the baking dish.

 

 

 

Once done, top with mozzarella cheese and put into a 350ºF Oven for 25-30 minutes.  For the last couple minutes put it on broil to crisp up the cheese.
