Broccoli and Ham Quiche

Had a Costco sized bag of broccoli that we’ve been eating off of for a week and before it goes bad I decided to make a quiche.  Well not one quiche but several tart sized quiche.

To make life easier we went with store bought tart shells.  Life it just too short to worry about making tart shells.  With the shells thawed out and at room temperature, I chopped up some broccoli and ham and added a little to each tart.

The egg mixture was 5 whole eggs, a tsp of dry mustard powder, 1/2 cup of 2% milk, 1/2 cup of half and half cream, 1 tsp of onion powder and salt and pepper to taste.  This I poured over the contents of the tart and then topped with shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

Once everything was topped with cheese, it was into a 350ºF oven for approximately 30 mins to cook to eggs to set.

Once the eggs stop jiggling, it is done.  Remove from the oven and serve.
