Shrimp Pesto Pizza

We’ve been following the Weight Watchers plan and making their 5 ingredient 3 point bagels on a few occasions and have enjoyed them very much.  So we decided to give the bagel recipe a twist and turn it into a pizza crust.  After mixing all the ingredients together, we kneaded it and added enough flour to keep it from sticking, which allow us to roll it out fairly flat.  Once rolled out transfer to a parchment line sheet pan or pizza pan for cooking.   Cook at 350ºF for approximately 22 minutes.  Remove and add your toppings.  This time around we went with shrimp pesto.


Spread the pesto sauce on the crust and add the shrimp.  We pre-cooked the shrimp by frying them in butter and garlic.



For this recipe we used a blend of mozzarella and asiago cheese.


Get it into the oven under the broiler to melt and crisp up the cheese.
